Do I have to come to the Expo?
Yes. You must pick up the run packet before Saturday’s event.
Where is the EXPO and What time?
Thursday, April 24, and Friday April 25 between 3pm and 8pm at the East Touchdown Club at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. You can park in lot C for the EXPO.
Can I still register my child even though it is after the April 16th deadline?
Yes, you can still register up until the Expo on April 24th and April 25th. at the EXPO mentioned above.
What time should my child be at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium for the run?
We are expecting a couple thousand runners and their families so plan to be there at least 30-45 minutes early.
Where can I register my child?
Registration forms will be sent home through the Duval County Schools and they will also be available at Wachovia Banks and Publix Super Market locations.
Can I put more than one entry form per envelope?
Yes.
Do I have to write a separate check for each child?
No.
Can my son/daughter run in a different age group?
Yes, as long as they are registered in that group, and have that age group Run Number.
Can I run with my child?
No.
Will there be food at the stadium?
Yes, there will be concession stands.
Can I sign up a friend's child?
Yes.
Can I send cash instead of a check?
Yes.
Why can't parents run with their children?
This is a running event (just over one mile) just for the kids. For safety purposes we only allow the kids on the course. Our entire course is lined with volunteers and they encourage the kids all the way around the run.
Where will the parents be while the run takes place?
All parents and other family members or friends will be seated inside Jacksonville Municipal Stadium to watch the kids start and finish the run. The kids can look up and watch themselves on the Jumbotron as they finish.
Who will be running with the kids?
The kids will run with their age group. We start with the 10+ year olds first, then we run the 7-9 year olds and finally we send the 5-6 year olds. Check start times at

Do the parents get a T-shirt too?
All runners get a cool shirt, but we usually have some shirts for sale at the EXPO for adults who wish to have one.
